Terms of Service

1. General provisions
These Terms of Service constitute a public offer governing use of the RUMOON informational and calculation service ("Service"). By submitting a calculation form, registering, or paying, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and all applicable legal documents. Users under 18 may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent and responsibility.
2. Nature of materials
The Service provides Human Design charts, astrological, numerological, and psychological materials for self-discovery and entertainment only. Materials are NOT medical, psychological, legal, financial, or educational advice. They do not guarantee future events, health outcomes, or relationship results. You must make important life decisions independently and consult qualified professionals when needed.
3. Consent and acceptance
Consent is given by conclusive action — submitting a form or clicking Pay — as notified next to the relevant control. Each acceptance is logged with IP, session ID, device ID, document version, and timestamp (UTC).
4. Purchases, access, and payment methods
4.1. One-time purchases. Paid access to a single product (reading, module, mini-product) remains available in your account indefinitely unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Subscriptions. Subscriptions (e.g. Daily Redesign, full multiverse access) run for the paid period and auto-renew if a payment method is saved, unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next charge.
4.3. Prices and currency. Russian users see prices in RUB (VAT included where applicable). International users see USD/EUR at the displayed exchange rate. The final amount is fixed at checkout.
4.4. Trials and promo codes. First subscription periods may be discounted. Promo codes apply in the cart before payment.
4.5. Bank cards (Russia). MIR, Visa, Mastercard, and SBP are processed by YooKassa, Tinkoff, Robokassa, or CloudPayments. Card data is entered only on the provider's secure page; we never store full card details.
4.6. International cards. Stripe processes Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and local methods in USD/EUR.
4.7. Cryptocurrency. Where enabled:
— Cryptomus: USDT, BTC, ETH and others via invoice or QR;
— NOWPayments: USDT (TRC-20 and configured networks);
— Direct wallet: USDT (TRC-20) or TON to our address with blockchain verification;
— Built-in USDT payment page (TRC-20).
Crypto amount is calculated at invoice creation. Payment completes after on-chain confirmation. For under/overpayment, contact support with TXID. Refunds to the same wallet where technically possible, minus network fees.
4.8. E-wallets. Payeer; Perfect Money (USD/EUR). Apple Pay / Google Pay when supported by the card provider.
4.9. Manual bank transfer. Instructions provided; access granted after manual confirmation (up to 3 business days).
4.10. Payment security. Processors are PCI DSS compliant. We store only payment status, amount, and crypto TXID — not full card numbers.
4.11. Cart and gift certificates. Multiple items can be paid in one transaction. Gift codes are redeemed by the recipient.
4.12. Failed payments. Declined cards or expired crypto invoices leave the order pending; you may retry from cart or account.
5. Refunds
5.1. Digital content is delivered immediately; refunds after access is granted are generally not available, subject to applicable consumer law.
5.2. Exceptions: technical failure without delivery within 24 hours; duplicate charge; erroneous transaction.
5.3. Request refunds via support email or feedback form with order ID. Review within 10 business days. Refund to original payment method (5–30 days depending on provider). Crypto refunds where feasible.
5.4. Subscription cancellation stops future charges; current period is non-refundable unless required by law.
6. User obligations
Provide accurate birth data; obtain consent when entering third-party data; do not scrape or abuse the Service; do not redistribute paid content commercially.
7. Limitation of liability
Service provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions you make based on materials. Liability capped at amounts paid in the last 12 months where permitted by law.
8. Intellectual property
All content, algorithms, and design are protected. Personal readings are for your non-commercial use only.
9. Suspension of access
We may suspend access for Terms violations, fraud, or lawful authority requests.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update Terms with at least 7 days' notice. Continued use means acceptance.
11. Governing law and disputes
Russian Federation residents: Russian law; consumer may choose court under Russian consumer law. Other users: see International Addendum (documents.php?doc=international&lang=en). Stricter user-protective rule prevails for data and consumer rights.
