1. Scope and hierarchy
This Addendum supplements Terms, Privacy, consents, and Cookie Policy for users outside Russia or where local law requires extra safeguards. Entertainment/self-discovery only — not professional advice.
2. European Union / EEA (GDPR)
Data controller: operator. Bases: consent, contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation. Rights: Arts. 15–22. Transfers: SCC. Response: 30 days (+60 if complex). Supervisory authority: your EU DPA. No Art. 22 automated legal decisions. Children: parental consent under local age.
3. United Kingdom
UK GDPR + DPA 2018. ICO: ico.org.uk. UK IDTA / UK Addendum to SCC.
4. United States
CCPA/CPRA and state laws (VCDPA, CPA, etc.). No sale of personal information. COPPA: not for under-13. 45-day response (CA). Cancel subscriptions in account.
5. China (PIPL)
Lawful, necessary processing; cross-border consent where required; subject rights; under-14: parental consent.
6. India (DPDP 2023)
Data Fiduciary; consent; notice; access, correction, erasure; breach notification; under-18: parental consent.
7. Kazakhstan

15. Cross-border transfers
Processors: Russia (hosting), USA (OpenAI/xAI, Stripe), EU (CDN). DPAs in place; minimum data to AI.
16. Payment for international users
Stripe (cards USD/EUR); Cryptomus, NOWPayments, direct USDT TRC-20 / TON; Payeer; Perfect Money; manual transfer. Amount and network fees shown before pay. Details in Terms section 4.
17. Refunds and subscriptions
Immediate digital delivery; no refund after access except failure, duplicate charge, or law. Disable auto-renew 24h before billing.
18. Dispute resolution
Pre-trial: privacy@ or support@ (30 days). EU: ODR ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. US: state law rights preserved.
19. Language
