1. General provisions
This document is your consent to personal data processing. Sections 2–15 apply by country of residence; if unclear, the stricter section applies. Consent is given by submitting a form, paying, or registering. Logged: date, time UTC, IP, session, document version. Operator: RUMOON (see Contacts). Data and purposes: see section 1 of Privacy Policy.
2. Russian Federation
Legal basis: Federal Law 152-FZ. You consent to collection, storage, use, transfer to processors (payments, AI), anonymization, blocking, and deletion. Cross-border transfer per Art. 12. Complaints: Roskomnadzor. Response: 30 days.
3. European Union / EEA
Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6–7. Controller: operator. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdraw consent. Transfers: Chapter V (SCC). Supervisory authority: your EU member state. Children under 16 (or local age): parental consent.
4. United Kingdom
UK GDPR and DPA 2018. Rights as in section 3. ICO: ico.org.uk. Transfers: UK IDTA or UK Addendum to SCC.
5. United States
CCPA/CPRA (California) and state privacy laws. We do not sell personal information. Rights: know, access, correct, delete, opt-out. COPPA: not directed to children under 13. Response: up to 45 days (California).
6. China
PIPL: lawful, minimal processing; separate consent for cross-border transfer where required; access, correction, deletion; children under 14: parental consent.
7. India
DPDP Act 2023. Data Fiduciary: operator. Consent; notice of purposes; access, correction, erasure, withdraw consent. Children under 18: verifiable parental consent.
8. Kazakhstan
Law on Personal Data and Protection. Consent; cross-border rules; access and correction. Authority: Ministry of Digital Development. Requests: privacy@, subject "Kazakhstan PD request".
9. Belarus
Law 99-Z. Consent; cross-border restrictions; subject rights. Requests: privacy@, subject "Belarus PD request".
10. Armenia

16. Withdrawal of consent
For all jurisdictions: delete account in dashboard or email privacy@. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Personalized services cease after withdrawal.
17. Marketing — separate consent
This consent does not cover marketing emails/SMS. Marketing requires a separate explicit opt-in checkbox.
